The necklace was beautiful, however for me it was heavy. I requested to return, was given $17, company needed $15 of the price to ship back.After the request was made I was sent instructions on how to remove some of the strands to make it lighter. I sent a request back saying I would just keep it since it was not a full refund. I was told no, we have already credited your account. Be very careful to see where the product is coming from, also return policies. I’ve never had this issue with Amazon shopping before.
