I was excited to wear this product for my anniversary. Yet, when I opened the product, I noticed some loose beads in the packaging. To my surprise, the amount of beads that fell off resulted in the wire in the bracelet being exposed.

When it was pulled from package most beads were still on bracelet but about 3 inches worth had to be restrung. We had jewelry pliers on hand so we were able to fix it. The gold beads they used to secure it originally were just glued on so it wasn’t made to last.
