These earrings are called "Drop" earrings. So, you would naturally assume they would "Drop" down past your earlobe, Right? WRONG!! In the attached picture you can see the tiny blue sapphire post earring that was used to make a 3rd piercing at the top of my earlobe. The sellers earring in at the bottom of my earlobe and it LITERALLY FIT THROUGH MY PIECING! THAT's how small they are!! Now I know where the slogan "Buyer Beware" comes from. There are no dimensions in the product description other than the weight. Call me stupid, but I'm not familiar with how much 3 ounces weighs. But, Again, the term "drop" earring means to me that the earring is long and will hang passed the earlobe. Just Sayin'.
