We had to have the chain replaced as it broke the first day. They were very responsive and sent a new ball chain which has worked out good so far. The actual pendent is very nice.

Took about a month to come in but received it quicker than the estimated date. Necklace itself is kinda cheap quality. I wiped the necklace off with a jewelry cleaner wipe and the red paint in the middle came off almost completely. Not worth it.
