Mirror is securely fixed and backed with a heavy layer of enamel for protection. Quality of workmanship is good. Comes with matching necklace. The top and bottom edges are wide enough for engraving, so I can have a name or phrase added. The alloy is not of the highest quality but will hold up to regular wear. Arrived quickly and was properly packaged for shipping.

A sure conversation piece and many many compliments. You don't have to be dark and twisty to wear this and it's a great combination of edge and class. MUCH BIGGER than I thought it would be, but not disappointed...pleasantly surprised, actually. Bigger than a half dollar. Chain is chintzy and will turn your skin green (only reason I rated with 4 stars instead of 5), but the pendant is EASILY transferable onto a higher quality chain of choice. Lightweight, detailed as you would expect considering picture and price, and great for those who enjoy metaphors (like Beauty is only Skin Deep) in their style without being overly showy and obvious. Adds character to casual dress and I would definitely recommend this item to anyone who is looking to go outside the box a bit with their style.

Everyone is jealous of this, and I won't tell then where I got it :)Some said it was cheesy or poor quality, but as a small business owner that produces jewelry I can say that this is really great quality for the price. Sure, if you want something super-duper amazing go buy the other kind for $50+. I like the ruggedness of the chain, and the mirror was placed perfectly and shiny. I'm picky about my jewelry I buy, obviously due to my work, and this is my regular rotation. You won't be disappointed!

A rather bulky peice but still stunning. Cheaply made but all in all a good imitation of the Alchemy gothic england version. Though sadly enough nothing beats the real copper and pewter of Alchemy gothic england. The mirror part does move a bit but I didn't find this really troublesome due to the fact that I only wanted to wear it when I charged energy I needed bounced to a candle or the earth ( I'm wiccan just so you know). So I didn't constantly wear it.

I saw some other reviews that said it looked really cheap and light, possibly plastic. I definitely do not understand where those come from. Maybe they've been remade since then. Mine is heavy, beautifully detailed and constructed, and definitely not plastic. Very beautiful, I love it.

Agreed with Gigglez. The workmanship of the pendant is really not worth mentioning. The piece that was sent to me was at best dismal looking. The mirror wasn't aligned with its frame & at the bottom section there's even a gap between the mirror & the frame. The slanting of the mirror is obvious, mirror not properly fitted & there's a huge groove that can probably collect water within the frame - not at all as depicted in the photo. The crudely painted black at the back of the pendant is another thing, but it's already been mentioned before i bought it. However I wouldn't say that the metals are cheap-looking. Just brownish &.. Rustic(?) which i like (NOT rusty).The only reason I decided to buy this despite the previous reviews was because of the very unique design concept. Anyway, it was shipped quickly in good condition (apart from the original workmanship). All in all I'm quite happy with it now. Would buy from this seller again.
