The media could not be loaded. This is about as big as a lipstick case and it's really nicely made. The snap closure is secure and won't open while being jostled in your purse. The interior and exterior are the same material, almost like suede. The compartments are just enough to hold a few rings and earrings in the slots and then a bracelet or necklace in the right side. I would take precaution when using this for a necklace. There really isn't anything to prevent knotting or clumping if you place a thin or delicate chain. I think this is great for the minimalist who likes to travel while carrying only the absolute essentials in fine jewelry (especially if there is a planned elegant evening or event [wedding]). This really is nice enough to gift. Be sure to add this to your Christmas wishlist!
