She's in high school now, so it's hard to find something that isn't too young and cutesy. This is perfect. The pendent is hypoallergenic. The chain is sterling silver. It closes with a traditional lobster clasp. She can't wear it 24/7, but it's a fun accent to her day and when she gets compliments, she gets to talk about her turtle. It's a win all around. This was a great gift for my little turtle lover!

Got this for a cat obsessed niece. She's going to love it! Very pretty and seems to be well put together. Box is nice and comes with a little polishing cloth, although the necklace itself is in a small bag and not already strung on the inner attachment for display. While the description says white, the stones are not all white/clear. They have a subtle rainbow of different colors.
