We bought 3 and one broke off right at the necklace part, off of the pendant while the funeral director was placing ashes in the pendant. Since he has already put ashes in it, we kept the pendant without returning. Disappointing that it broke though. Other than that, beautiful and what we wanted to put our mom in.
