Purchased this bracelet for my Hamilton Khaki Field Auto based on my reading elsewhere. It fits and looks amazing but the install was a pain. Not the fault of the manufacturer as it wasn’t designed for my watch. Overall, very satisfied with the quality and craftsmanship.

I bought a $25 metal band that I thought would be just as good as the more expensive bands. Well, you get what you pay for. Spent a bit more coin for this band and out of the box it appears to be great quality. Time will tell on durability. While it says this is for a Seiko watch, I used it for my Garmin Vivomove Lux watch. I think it looks pretty much like it belongs with the watch. This band is an absolute PIA to install until you learn the trick. You actually seat the pin in the holes with the band perpendicular to the watch. Once seated, you turn the band to snap flush to the watch. Took 10 minutes once I realized this trick. Hopefully this will help future buyers with a great deal of frustration.Definitely worth the purchase.

The bracelet fits great on my khaki field automatic 38mm. The band is really comfortable and the micro adjustments on the clasp make it easy to find the perfect fit. The build quality is solid and doesn’t feel cheap at all. I’m glad I found this bracelet since I couldn’t get the right fit with the stock Hamilton bracelet.

It uses screws for the links so you'll need a micro screwdriver. Pretty easy to adjust links. It's also nice that the large metal fastening part has a lot of closely spaced holes for micro adjustment. Really nice but it also makes the clasp mechanism massive. It's really wide so the fastening experience isn't the best. Once it's on it feels firm on your wrist though. Everything was easy to work with and adjust but I've adjusted watches a few times before. Has a kind of brushed steel look. Overall no complaints. It's what I expected except the micro-adjustment I didn't know that.

I had to install it finally by flipping it around, putting the endlink on top of the lugs, using a small screwdriver to keep one spring bar depressed, then holding it there with my chin, then using another screwdriver to depress the other end and push. Easily took over an hour before I approached it that way. Then it took 5 minutes. It made me feel grateful we evolved that level of thinking beyond apes. The bracelet doesn't catch hairs and has 6 microadjustments. Very comfy.

Had to replace my leather band on a SPB119 which had gone bad after almost 3 years. Worth it. The installation was relatively simple and easy, and adjusting the links was even easier with the screws.

DIY installation on my watch was a bit tricky for me only because I’m very inexperienced at it. Must have the proper tools. Top quality band. Very secure and attractive. A good quality leather band might even look better on the Alpinist, but a metal band is more practical for me in really hot/sticky weather and water environments. I’m very happy with my purchase.
