Looks pretty cool, and great conversation starter if you’re hanging out the boys. It could just be me but the ticking sound is pretty loud, so if you’re trying to sneak around while wearing it maybe not. I love the weekday style, and wish there were more fancy watches that used it. The nightglow is almost worthless, unless youve been holding it directly against the surface of the sun, so hopefully you dont work in the dark. Glad I got it though, especially for how cheap it was compared to other watches. Hopefully it holds up well.

This Watch is awesome. I’ll start by saying that I love and collect Watches and have since I was a kid. I have all shapes and sizes of Watches, including high-end luxury and more inexpensive fun Watches, in my collection. I’ve purchased a few from Amazon with varying results in quality for those shipped directly from Chinese manufacturers. The old saying, “You get what you paid for,” does apply when buying inexpensively manufactured mass-produced Watches. That saying does NOT apply to the Bobo Bird Wooden Watch, as it has impressed me.Let’s start with initial impressions. The Watch arrived in a nice bamboo presentation box, which looks and feels fantastic. The Watch rests on a large pillow, and the instructions and Watch band changing tool are below the cushion. I will say that of all the Watch band tools I’ve received from Chinese manufacturers, this tool is by far the BEST quality I’ve seen. Most of the ones I get, including from brands like Pagani Design, fall apart when adjusting the strap. This one has higher-quality construction, making removing and adding links easy. Make sure to follow the arrow guides on the INSIDE of the bracelet when removing links.As you would expect from a Wood Watch, the Watch is light and comfortable on the wrist. The bracelet clasp is a butterfly clasp, which I find much easier to put on and remove from your wrist. It has a secure steel clasp design, and the Watch remains firmly on your wrist.The dial is a deep blue, which looks black in certain light. The hands stand out and are easy to read, and I love the pointer on the sweep hand. The day/date function works and sets perfectly, and the build quality of the Watch seems fantastic. This Watch punches WAY above its quality weight class for the price point. The wood construction seems solid, and the Watch looks amazing on my wrist. I have a 6 ¾ wrist, and the 43 mm case does sit large but doesn’t feel overpowering. I love how the day of the week function works, with the small dot window turning read when the day of the week changes. Depending on where the Watch hands are, it’s a little hard to read, but I’m being picky for a $50 Watch.What is also impressive is the quality of the lume. I have more expensive Japanese Watches with lume quality that fade FAST after testing. I loved that the lume on the Bobo hung on for quite some time and that the arrow on the sweep hand also has lume. As you can see in the photo, the lume is bright. I snapped the image about 45 seconds after charging the lume before walking into a dark room to take the picture.I’ve had the Watch for 24 hours, and it keeps perfect quartz time. I’m sure it will lose seconds or minutes over days/weeks if it has an inexpensive movement, but so far, it’s keeping great time. The Bobo Bird is a quality Watch that should probably sell closer to the $100 range due to its quality, but with its unknown brand name, it seems priced perfectly for the US market. I’d buy one of these as a gift for friends/family, as I’m that impressed with the Watch. The Bobo Bird Wood Watch is a MUST-BUY if you love Wood Watches.Pros: Quality build, beautiful face, fantastic presentation, great quality link removal tool, comfortable to wear, and the day-of-the-week feature is unique and cool.Cons: NONE for the price point. It’s a great Watch!

I liked it when I first saw the picture- I thought a wooden watch case and band would be fun, and I very much like it now that I have it. It seems to keep good time, although I've only had it for a short period. The date and day changed seamlessly, the hands are easy to see, and are illuminated. The only difficulty there is with the watch itself is adjusting the stem to set your time- it's very soft, so you need to pay close attention to find that first click.The other thing that caused a bit of a problem was adjusting the band. They include a little pin pusher that helps quite a bit, but it really needs to be done by someone who has good vision, and is good with fine movement. In most cases I'd say, "Take it to a jeweler."After wearing it for a week, while it looks good, keeps time well-known seconds minutes, hours, etc, there is something wrong with the day of the week. It's either most of the days are red, or else they show blank, so it isn't very useful. Still a nice watch, however.

This is a beautiful wooden watch.The watch band has a beautifully carved pattern. The natural wood grain, and the contrast of same, makes this watch unique.It comes in a wooden storage box, which can be used to store the watch when not in use.The clasp is easy to use, to put on the watch and take it off…a simple squeeze of the buttons and that’s it.It contains an instruction booklet, as well as the tools required to remove links, in case it’s too big.It’s beautiful, and the wood grain makes it one of a kind.Highly recommended!

This watch looks really nice and comes in a wooden box making it very giftable. It includes a tool to change the band size which is great. The interesting thing is that it is super lightweight to the point that it can be perceived as cheap. I think that the weight here actually shows the quality of it but my husband and his friend were both off put by it.

Wow!You know by the packaging sometimes what you are getting. This unique, wooden watch arrives in a wooden cube. This wooden box is nice enough to keep and you could use it as a gift box.The Watch is inside the box wrapped around a small pillow. The pieces of wood that make up the band are smooth and finished. They are also lightweight so you don't have the heavy weight of a metal watch on your wrist. The face is simple and straightforward, which I really like. Without referring to the manual I was able to set the time, date and day.If you have owned a traditional watch in the past, not something like a smartwatch, you will be able to set the phone up in just a minute or two.It is good looking, stylish and makes a manly but understated fashion statement. It is also a wonderful conversation starter when people see it on your wrist.I wouldn't recommend wearing it if you are going to be doing chores or you are very active. It might hold up to that type of treatment but it is such a good looking watch I am not going to risk damaging it in any way.Highly recommended if you want something unique and fashionable that is also a good value, in my opinion.
