First let me start by saying this watch is a must have!!When i first placed the order the watch shipped quickly, and arrived packed well. Upon opening the watch was so much nicer in person than in the pictures. I immediately set it all up , the set up is super simple and the watch is perfect! It is well made and you can tell it was made to last.It came in a nice box that you can use to store it in when you are not using it.I would definitely recommend this watch, and would purchase it again!!

Bought 4 of them from Ali-Express.. Less than a year later, 2 of them don't work. Has a 1 year warranty which is useless unless you want to ship it back to China for them to fix it at your cost.. They don't care about customer service and I reached out 2 times to Reward watches directly and no respond. Piece of junk, don't waste your money.. These are the touch watches RD51001

The Watch is real nice. The band was a little too big for me, lucky the watch came with the tool needed to remove some of the kinks so the watch would fit better. Only down side is the 30 on the bottom is upside down, not sure why though.

I was putting the watch on for the second time since I purchased it. The watch is very heavy at 4.8 ounces.The clasp is very tricky to open and close. The clasp popped open while I was putting it on. It quickly dropped to my wood floor and stopped running. I looked at the warranty for coverage. All it says is to contact the retailer. It is a shame because it really is a nice looking watch. But, what good is that if it can't be jarred.
