I wouldn’t be taking my time to review or leave a review of this watch if it was not worth it. As soon as I walked into the room (2 of my friends who own Rolex) from far aways thought this watch was a Rolex. They were amazed at the quality of watch I was wearing. Them and other friends thought this was a $2000 to $3000 watch. When I informed them it was just over $100 they could not believe it.

When I bought my previous watch about six years ago I was intrigued with the look of Burei watches but doubted their quality due to the low price. Recently shopping for a new watch I gave Burei watches a harder look and was pleased that the quality has improved greatly but still at a reasonable price. I found many positive reviews and am so pleased with this watch, I am also pleased to submit one more positive review. I am now a very proud Burei watch wearer!

Over the years, I used to buy my watches for the wrong reasons. I learned that the hard way, because I used to travel a lot for work, and in 2019, I lost one watch, and I broke another, and those turned out to be very, very expensive mistakes.I realize now that my daily watch has to be a blend of good looks, comfort, and good value for the money. The Burei ticks all those boxes while being great value for the money,. It has a nice weight to it, I like the blue face and the Burei details, and I feel very comfortable wearing this watch without worrying about losing it or breaking it.One note, if you don't have a band pin remover, you should also buy one of those too. I had to remove 3 links to get a good fit. The band is hinged on both sides as well, so I ended up having to remove links from both sides to make sure the latch stayed in the center of my wrist. Now that it's adjusted, it's been comfortable to wear.

First off, while this watch is made to look like the much more expensive Day Date, the quality is what you would expect from a watch costing just over $100. I'm surprised at how handsome this watch looks on my wrist in a variety of settings. The dial color is very attractive, and the quartz movement has kept perfect time for the two months I've had it. As other reviewers mention, the bracelet links are difficult to remove for sizing. I have watch tools that helped me, but most buyers would have to take this watch to a jeweler for bracelet sizing. The best thing about the more famous R. Day Date is that it features the world's best and most handsome bracelet, so the Burei bracelet -- while only being moderately sturdy -- is a nice tribute to that of a Day Date.

From the moment I received and opened the box, I got the feeling this was a quality company and product. The packaging and presentation was in good taste and I could hardly wait to see what was inside. The watch surpassed my expectations (which is not usually the case in mail order). The watch was wrapped in protective covering and the instruction booklet was written well and in five languages. Obviously the watch has diverse appeal.I have worn the watch for several days and enjoy how easy it is to read numbers, the brilliant colors and the good fit. This watch is replacing a twenty year old watch and I have a feeling I won't need replacement the Burei for years...and I really like the scratch resistant crystal!

I was looking for a dress watch for a party when I bought this, but now that it has arrived I've been wearing it as my everyday watch instead. I love the butterfly clasp design and favor that in all my watch purchases. This was listed as brown, but that's just the watch face. The band and case are rose gold and I've gotten nothing but complements.The band required adjustment which is okay with me as I have a repair kit and size all my watches. Be forewarned there are no indicator arrows on the inside of the band to show the pin direction so be sure to go to the website they mention in the manual or you will mess up at least one pin. LOL Yeah, I made a bad guess. Doesn't matter since I was removing links, but still lesson learned.The look and feel are of a much more expensive watch and the packaging was tasteful and perfect for a gift.I'm so pleased that now looking at some of BUREI's other offerings.~Dorian

This watch was absolutely more stunning in person. I was very pleased with the quality and the price. I would highly suggest purchase and I will be ordering this brand going forward! My hubby wants more!
