The watch seems very nice for the price but it was non functional out of the box, figured it was simply a dead battery but back could not be opened, brought it to a local jewelry store and they couldn't open it with their tools either and told me it would cost more than the watch did to fix it if they pried it open.Edit: sent watch back for a replacement, replacement arrived outside of the case it is supposed to be stored in, which was bent and the top was on the wrong side, and was once again not functioning. Do not waste your money on this brand.

I like analog and I bought two of these watches because of the dial design which has a minute hand long enough to reach the minute marks allowing them to be read with precision. This feature is exceedingly rare today. Most analog watches today have short minute hands for some inexplicable reason.I read the negative reviews regarding dead batteries. Both of my watches had bad batteries but battery replacement is not difficult and I had the AG4's on hand. Apparently these watches have been in storage for a long time and unfortunately the crowns were not pulled to disengage the battery in order to preserve battery life until the watch is put into service. The watches were offered at a good price and occasionally having to change a battery is not unexpected.My watches are functioning normally and they seem to be a decent product; I'm quite satisfied with them for now.

Beautiful watch but was dead on arrival. I’ve sent it back. I have another watch of this brand (different mode) and it worked perfectly out of the box. This watch must have been sitting on the shelf too long.

Just got the watch with a dead battery inside look at the code on back to get right ones. But the back of the watch has a different battery code on it then the battery it is using. While trying to get the old battery out the hands on the watch fell out of place.
