The cross necklace was shipped super fast - Arrived 3 days early even during a week of blizzard snow and right before Christmas. Was packaged nicely and good quality with a box included for easy returns. We didn't end up keeping the necklace because it was a bit too shiny for my son's taste, but would definitely order from the this company again.

I returned this item because the chain kept trying to fold over on itself and would rub the side of my neck. It reminded me of the old herringbone style of chain that would eventually become a knot that you could only straighten a time or two before the knot was permanent.It was nice looking and highly polished but uncomfortable to wear even for a short time.
