The black watch is a stylish accessory featuring a sleek design and a comfortable arm band. It keeps accurate time and is dial is easy-to-read. Works great.

Initial Impressions: At this price, a lot of compromises have to be made, but there is still some value here for those looking for an ultra-thin beater watch. All the Details: There are certainly details here that make this watch look better than its price would suggest. The raised outer index ring, the subtle pebble texture on the face, the semi-skeletonized hands, and the applied silver chapter numbers add the slightest hint of elegance, although there is something off about the silver on the chapter numbers on the black dial version in my opinion. Is this a minimalist Bauhaus watch in the style of popular German or Scandinavian brands? No. The dial is far too busy to fit that category. Replace the 12 with an inverted triangle and you might convince me this is a pilot’s watch. Still—this isn’t a bad watch. The movement feels solid when setting the time, which surprised me at this price level. The case back tab is flush with the case so I was unable to remove it and have a look inside. Indexing is surprisingly good; the second hand hits all the markers on the subdial as it should. As for compromises, other than the odd silver color of the applied chapter numbers, the strap is an inexpensive silicone rubber that started to attract dust and lint within a couple of days out of the box. The watch fits typical 20 mm straps, and the strap has quick-release pins, so if you really love the watch, replacing the strap is easy. And strangely, the numeral 55 is missing from the seconds subdial, leaving the dial off-balance. The outer index ring includes seconds markers, but there is no second hand on the main dial; leaving these off would have helped give more of a minimalist vibe. There is no lume and water-resistant is only 30 meters, which essentially means it is “splash proof”. With some lume and 50 meters of water resistance, this might have made a decent GADA (go anywhere, do anything) watch.Case diameter measurement is 40 mm with inset lugs, giving the watch a 39.5 mm lug-to-lug length, meaning that it will feel smaller than a typical 40 mm watch. The thin profile, even with a crystal that extends slightly above the case, gives the watch of thickness of just 9 mm—very thin. Weight comes in at 43 grams, so it’s also very light weight. The strap will accommodate wrists between 5-5/8 to 8-3/4 inches, and wears very comfortably on my 7 inch wrist.Overall, this is fine as a beater watch—something to throw on your wrist when you don’t want to worry about ruining or breaking the watch. And in this price range, that’s a fair price to pay.

Now THIS is what I call a general purpose watch! It can be worn anywhere for any occasion. It has a silicon/rubber type of band, but overall - the design with a completely separate section for the second hand is genius.I have no problem going anywhere wearing this watch. I'm still trying to get over the fact that it was under $10. If that's not a bargain, I don't know what is!Definitely recommended at this price!

Almost perfect for what I wanted - an everyday watch (rugged and inexpensive) - that had a classic (or classy-ish) look to it. The only downside is that I personally didn’t like the rubberised band (and replaced it with a metal band) - but the band was indeed appropriate for the watch and for the price.

This GEDIYAR 40mm mens modern minimalist fashion watch immediately caught my attention. It has a very nice profile, and design. The dial is an easy to read layout, with a seconds sub dial in contrasting silver brush. The face is a white pebble finish. And the body is polished silver. The bracelet is a fine metal mesh. And looks excellent. The band and the clasp is a bit of a handful to put on though. But once sized and fitted, it's quite comfortable. The watch is very contemporary, and reminds me of the Scandinavian designed SKAGEN line of watches. The fit and finish is excellent, and makes this watch a superb value for the quality you receive. The quartz movement has shown to be very accurate against a network time server. The only oddity or criticism is that the seconds subdial has the '55' omitted. Was it a production error, hence the low price?I like the size of the body, the slimness of it as well. Feels light on the wrist. And compliments whatever your fashion. For the asking price, exceeded my expectations as a Watch Guy. Highly recommended.

This is a nice-looking watch to throw on when you don't want to worry about ruining one of your more expensive pieces. I plan on giving it to my grandson, who is notorious for losing watches. It looks and feels more substantial than its price point indicates, so when he dresses up, he can have an appropriate watch to wear.

For a casual everyday bang around watch it’s nice. It has been keeping time well not losing any time that I have seen so far that is noticeable. The look and feel is of a more expensive timepiece and can be worn so. Casually or dress. If you need a cheaper priced Time piece that looks to be more expensive than this is a great piece! Would recommend

This watch looks better than it looks in the picture. The design is simple so it goes well with any outfit, but it looks expensive after wearing it. I am satisfied with everything about this watch and I think the price is very affordable, so I recommend purchasing it.
