To increase the durability while maintaining a solid structure, The Elite uses sturdy stainless steel shell. The case is sandblasted to soften all edges and through mold opening, perforation, scouring, sanding and polishing, over 100 procedures were performed on the whole to provide this durable case.

The media could not be loaded. The watch is gorgeous. However, it has incredibly poor accuracy. The time was set at 12PM. By 3:30PM of the same day, it was 15 minutes off. The entire time, I've been wearing it and moving my arms. I will be trying to return it, since it lacks practicality as a watch.

This is my second Boderry watch. I also have a Sea Turtle. I was so impressed with that watch I decided to get another from Boderry. I am just as blown away by this watch as I was the Sea Turtle. The amount of watch you get for your money with Boderry is incredible. An automatic with a micro-rotor was high on my list of watches I wanted to acquire. Normally you have to pay well over $1,000 for a watch that sports that, but with Boderry, I got it for a little over $200 (on sale). And the quality is really good. It's a very solid watch sold at a very, very affordable price. Let's go over some of the things you get with this watch: Sapphire crystal, some finishing on the movement, a micro-rotor, a signed crown, a deployant clasp. Insane value for a watch that also looks sharp! I think Boderry just earned themselves a lifelong customer. I'm that impressed.

Update:Boderry finally agreed to replace the strap, and it arrived. I hope the new one will hold up longer than a month. The watch itself it a good watch, nice design, and extremely thin for an automatic (self winding) watch. Review upgraded from 3 to 5 starts now.Previous review:I bought this watch (not on Amazon) but had problems with the strap after wearing it about 12 times. The pin for one side of the clasp fell out.The clasp manufacturing is not high quality, but worse was the response from the company - they said we'll consider replacing it, then went silent and don't answer emails. You're probably okay buying it on Amazon as you can return it within 30 days, but it may take longer than that to fail.The watch itself is good. But a $200-$300 watch shouldn't need a new strap or not be supported by the parent company.
