I ordered my husbands wedding band, a Tungsten CARBIDE ring a month before our wedding in June 2021. Within 10 months, the ring had broken in 3 places after falling off the kitchen counter (he had just finished washing dishes and was placing his ring back on his finger).Jewelry Avalanche advertised this ring as a strong metal and had posted as such in May 2021. It's not advertised as such now, but I don't see why not, since Google says it's a strong, durable metal and would take strong pressure or a hammer to break it. Explain my husbands ring(s)?! To resolve our disappointment they sent us a "replacement", but without a diamond as purchased. Fast forward, second ring cracks wihtin 6 months and cuts into his finger. These rings are poor quality and may as well be glass rings. They are falsely advertised to be real Tungsten Carbide rings. Clearly, there is no carbide in the 2 rings my husband received. We want our money back, but they have ruefused to reimburse us for the original purchase price. They tried to offer a 3rd replacement - Cobalt. Those rings are worse! No Thank you!Do not buy their rings! They will send you pure Tungsten, which are brittle rings. Tungsten carbide rings, shouldn't chip or break in 3 pieces.
