I got this because I liked the look of it. Overall it looks and feels very nice, the materials are high quality. However, I had 2 issues. For one, it didn't come with any instructions or user manual, so I had to figure out myself how to set the time and even open the watch face (you have to push the button in at the base of the chain). Secondly, the compass doesn't seem to function well.

This black pocket watch with the grill and compass face is beautiful. It is nicely crafted, the engraving on the back is superb. Some very fine detail. Even the hook and chain are done very elegantly.
