I've had a beaded hematite necklace in the past that I really liked. Unfortunately, it was on what appeared to be a nylon thread and broke. This has exceeded my expectations despite some of the negative reviews that I read. I had this on my wish list for almost a year and finally pulled the trigger and purchased it. I'm a big guy and I love the weighted feel of this necklace and the overall rigidity of it. If I had to, I would definitely buy this again.

Great look, pea sized beads. Would be perfect if it was 30". It's almost a choker on me but I'm a thick necked guy. I'm going to buy another and put both together to make a longer shaolin bead necklace look. My daughter loves the strong magnetic clasp, she loves opening and closing it. It snaps together hard and well but pulls apart before the string inside reaches a dangerous tension point. Perfect strength magnet. Wont' cause any actual magic healing if you've ever read a book about magnatisim or used science to vet health claims, but it's a great heavy necklace despite the quackery associated with magnetic jewlery.

I originally bought this with the only intention of it being an accessory and then I read that it had these homeopathic uses, which was good. The necklace has a very solid, weighted feel and the magnetic lock holds very securely. It comes in a nifty silver-colored pouch. I'd recommend this product, excellent quality to it. As for the homeopathic benefits from hematite pieces, I believe it's more likely to be subjective.

The beads are solid, and the necklace feels like it will last for a while. I wish the length of it were about double what is is, but it will do. Not unhappy I ordered it, and not estatic that I did either.
