Even in dim light, a glance at this watch and I know how I'm doing on timing. Smile at the allusion to Swiss railways, long reputed for keeping a tight schedule. Gave my first one to my mom a few years back when she broke a different watch and she LOVES how easy this is to see with her bad eyes. Like it so well I just replaced it.

First let me say it’s beautiful. It’s crystal is flat, it’s case is beautifully and uniquely shaped as a bowl. It’s large calendar is truly eye catching. It’s a Mondaine, so it’s Swiss made.On the negative side it’s overpriced for a quartz watch. It’s a watch that should cost $150 and not $275 plus. It’s second hand also doesn’t align with the minutes/seconds marks. This is acceptable for a cheap quartz watch, but not for a Swiss made one costing so much. The metal band is very pretty and of high quality. I was impressed with its beauty and oversized calendar but I think this watch is overpriced for its features.
