The first watch I received ended up being broken at the link connected to the face so I had to order a second watch. The replacement watch came really fast, within two days. Reason I give this watch four stars is because of the difficulty I had with adjusting the watch, it was almost impossible. I was skeptical about if you could adjust the watch so I contacted the seller, they said yes you can adjust the watch on three links on each side where the arrows are located(this is important to keep in mind). There are four links with arrows on each side; When I started adjusting the watch on one side I was able to get three links out where the arrows were located. When I started adjusting the watch on the second side I could only adjust one link with the arrow. Tried and tried and tried as hard as I could I could not adjust the other three. As I was getting frustrated and ready to return the watch I decided to experiment and see if I could take out links that did not have arrows printed on them; of course I ended up being able to do so. Keep in mind the seller said that you can adjust the watch where the arrows are located (preview pictures). I have very small wrist, 5 inches. All in all I ended up taking out seven links(preview pictures). It's a really pretty watch and I didn't want to return it or give up on it so I tried really hard but again, if you're gonna get this watch and you need to adjust it, keep in mind that you really have to play around with it to take out the links.

I have lots of watch tools, and have adjusted dozens of watch bands. I know which direction to remove the pins holding links together. The band on this watch has tighter pins than I have ever encountered before.The watch itself is amazing for the price, but if there is no tool strong enough to remove the pins holding the band together, the watch is useless.
