I like Matte black watches. This model comes shiney like patent leather. But the gold is absolutely beautiful!! I may exchange it if this model comes in a regular dull black.I will LOVE G-Shock watches forever,ever since I was in the 8th grade (1983 when this watch line started)!!!!
