This is a very nice watch. The Graf Zeppelin has meticulous craftsmanship. I was initially off put by the fact that the watch face was not white as shown on Amazon, but I've grown to like the champagne color. I really like the dual time zone which is one of the primary reasons I purchased it. The band is a good match. The watch hands line up perfectly with the numbers. I mention it because at this price point you don't always see such detail. I also like the simple detail on the watch case and lug. The crown is sturdy and large enough for a man's fingers to use. Overall this is a great watch. Perfect for a casual day with your sleeves rolled up at the office, but also looks good under a dress shirt sleeve and sport coat. This is a premium quality watch for a reasonable price. The appearance of this watch seems to scream for a need to be powered by an automatic movement. Obviously it would probably add another $100 to the price, but I think the price might be worth it. After realizing the quality of this watch company, I definitely plan to check out Graf Zeppelin's automatics!

I had this watch sitting in my cart for over 2 years, and for my 35th birthday decided to pull the trigger. It is a gorgeous watch that I regret not buying sooner. I received many compliments within a few days, which makes me proud to wear it for several reasons:- it is from a brand that is unknown in the US, and to my knowledge only Long Island Watch stocks it in limited quantity- vintage look - rounded glass, old style hands - all with modern mechanics- both telemeter and tachymeter fonts are very small in size, which makes you look closer at the face- the band is higher quality than I was expecting (based on other reviews)INITIAL VERDICT: A beautiful watch that looks far more expensive than it is. I believe they call that..."value"!!6-MONTH UPDATE: This watch does not have sapphire crystal glass so you have to be VERY CAREFUL when, for example, opening doors. Have developed very small scratches on the dome, which can only be seen close up, but a firm scrape will do damage. I'm always on alert when wearing the Zeppelin.

Beautiful watch delivered before schedule. It has a very classic look to it and is a gorgeous timepiece. Great to be able to set separate times for time zone resdouts, or utc time, etc. I replaced the strap with a silver buckle leather NATO strap and it really adds to the comfort and the classic look. The face of the watch is an original silvery tone, not so much a white. It has a silvery cream appearance which sounds like it could look tacky, but it looks amazing. One of my favorite watches I own.

The design has inherent nostalgia around the heyday of aviation engineering and the spirit of adventure. The dial is a brilliant silvery white. The date and the dual time were my must-have requirements and this watch stood out among all others I researched. Haven't gotten around using the telemeter or the tachymeter yet, but they still are amazing to have on the dial since they add to that aviation engineering nostalgia.Have had the watch for 3 months, and no complaints whatsoever.

A great watch, with a unique style. The watch itself appears well made as a product of solid quality. During the 3 month I own the watch I have been quite impressed with the precision of its time keeping - no more than 20 seconds off per month. The hands on my model also absolutely line up with the markings on the face. I particularly liked this dual-time model, since I indeed use the second time dial and it is not to convoluted and busy as the other Zeppelin chronographs. Why four stars? The wrist band is not solid leather and the upper layer feels a little cheap, almost like "manmade" material, but the look is o.k. nonetheless. I am also not too fond of the "bottle cap" glass, which only distorts the numbers at the very perimeter of the dial.Of note: On the version with the brown leather band the dial is not white as depicted on the amazon site. It is rather a champagne metallic color.

Amazing watch for the price, incredible detail and markings on the dial!Important aspects that people SHOULD know before buying: First, the dial is champagne silver, not polished or sunburst either. The specs silver or white are wrong (there is a pure white version which is fluorescent)Second, the second hand ends BETWEEN the markings of minutes not on them as it should be, Make sure that that small detail doesn’t bother you before buying this watch. Not certain if it’s my watch only or it’s common on all models dual-time. Ticking noise, barely audible close to ear (I cannot tolerate kicking watches or rattling) and last, the leather strap is stiff as it should be, great quality leather and stitching.I surely recommended this watch. Totally loveable!

I’m an idiot. One of the reviews I read before pulling the trigger mentioned that instead of being German made, his was Swiss made and more than one other reviewer described the battery running out after a few weeks. Well, like the idiot I’ve already admitted to being, I didn’t see that the watch would be coming from the UK, which meant that returning it was a non-starter; over $100 in shipping, hahahahhahaha. Mine is indeed Swiss made, which might not be a huge deal but is certainly not as advertised. The box it came in looked like it was not fresh out of the factory and the battery started to die after just a few days. I’ve replaced the battery and the watch does look quite good, and I know it’s a first world problem and such, but it’s difficult to really enjoy the watch when there’s a bad taste in your mouth.

I bought this watch to replace one I had already owned but was damaged. It is the only watch I have ever owned that has total strangers complimenting my watch. It's like owning a classic car or classic motorcycle. I looks like it is from the early 1900's.
