It was perfect for what I needed it for a one time wear with a specific outfit, I'm confused about why the ratings are low, I mean it says "faux" in the name. It's stainless steel so it didn't mess with my skin and the gold playing or coating seems fine. Good price for what it is

Please keep in mind this was very inexpensive. My grandson saw it and wanted it though. He wore it when we went shopping and even had someone (an older woman) stop him and ask him if it was real gold. It looks real. Later that day a link broke and when he caught the necklace he noticed that much of the necklace that was next to his body had already rubbed off and was a sort of copper color. We contacted Amazon and sent it back yesterday. While it looks sparkly and real and the price was very low it really is not something we will buy again This is something you might buy to wear one time as part of an ensemble or maybe a costume party etc but not something you wear with the expectation of wearing it more than once.

Nice little costume jewelry. Had it for 3 weeks has yet to fade. It's fake jewlry but it has served it's purpose and did not completely fall apart the moment I unwrapped it. Also came very fast.Only thing I hate is that the gold color is to obvious that it's fake, but I just needed it for a photoshot for a client (I'm a photographer).

So you get what you pay for obviously and one of my younger boys wanted this. It turned brown after about 2 days. I have not tried to clean it yet but I don't imagine it will do much. Pretty much only good for a one time costume use. If it does clean up I will increase the rating to go along with it.
