Well, I guess it was my fault for not taking the description literally. I bought this for an adult friend and when it arrived it looked more like something a young girl or teen would wear. Both the pendant and the chain were super dainty and delicate and the cubic zirconias were almost microscopic. However I was pleasantly surprised to notice that the pendant was double sided with a script initial on the other side. Luckily I do know a young girl with the same first name initial so I'll just save it for her.
