Our original order the cork was stuck inside the tube and there was no way to pull it out and put the ashes inside but after contacting the seller they replied quickly and sent a replacement necklace! I love this. Although the glass did crack when I closed it after putting ashes in it. It still worked and I have not lost any of the ashes.

Seems like a high quality piece, was bought for my husband for MIL's ashes....he wears it every day and it hasn't popped open, he does take it off to sleep and shower. The etching on it looks much better in person than the image shown. I was almost hesitant to purchase because of the quality in image...but it definitely is better than what youre seeing here. The necklace it came with is useless, so we put it on a thicker chain we already had. I would definitely recommend this charm, serves its purpose and looks nice.

I ordered two of these on November 14th and they arrived on the 17th. Fast delivery. The necklace is just what I was looking for to put my pups hair in. It was a little difficult to put in but I just sued a sewing needle it worked just fine. The chain was to long so I switched it out. The vile stays very secure with the snug metal bottom peice. All and all I am very pleASEd WITH THIS.thank you very much h for making this loss a little easier.

Ordered this necklace for my brother and nephew after my sister passed away. I was not sure if I wanted to order them because I thought they looked cheap online. I AM SO GLAD I BOUGHT THEM. They are so beautiful, they do not look cheap at all. I am ordering another one for my youngest brother. The shipping was extremely fast and they only charged me one shipping for the 2 that I bought. I would highly recommend these necklaces.

This is actually very nice. I like that you can see the ashes through the front. I will agree with others that necklace is pretty cheap. I bought 4 for my husband and his brothers to honor their father. I am actually going to order 2 more for the older grandchildren. My only complaint is that of the 4 we ordered, 2 had very long chains, while the other 2 were very short. I was disappointed in that. Sterling Gifts can you address why the chains are different lengths?

Absolutely beautiful! I liked the design and size of this necklace when I first ordered the product, but was amazed at how nice it looked once I received it. I ordered two and am thankful I did.
