Box is great; hinges, wood, inside lining is made of great quality material. This item was a great price compared to other watch boxes, my boyfriend, who the gift is for, has a lot of watch tools and the bottom drawer is perfect for them. The bottom drawer wiggles a bit when you pull it out, as if it's slightly too small; however, when closed, you can't tell & it's really not that big of a hassle. Customer service with item was extremely helpful, will definitely continue to buy from Wayfair via Amazon.

Cover broke off after a few weeks of normal open/close. Seems low quality unfortunately.

Supposed to be a gift, and it seemed very nice except for 2 things: (1) the drawer fell out easily, so the grooves must have been a bit large or something (not a big deal and (2) the light velvety interior was a dealbreaker for the giftee as he felt the oils from his wrist would discolor the watch pillows and the interior. Therefore, it went back. If it had a darker interior, it was a keeper!

Looks like a decent product. However, after several months of use, one of the hinges is loose. Seems like the screw somehow is stripped or the hole is. Contacted the seller several times for assistance and got no where. They referred me back to the manufacturer, which I don’t think I should have to do.
