The butterfly nose piercing ring is beautiful, this one is my favorite. I however do like the look, feel, and color of all three of the nose rings. They can be worn as true piercings, or as a false piercing as shown in the picture. No one was able to tell at all that this wasn't a true nose ring, due to the angle of the design on the end of the nose ring.The only thing to be aware of is that when using it as a true nose ring, you have to fit the design inside of the nostril at first and then rotate it to the proper side, since the design is permanently attached and doesn't screw off. I personally don't mind this, and prefer just doing that as opposed to potentially losing more body jewelry. I appreciate that this one is affixed to the ring and isn't going anywhere. I also am pleased that the quality is nice because it hasn't turned green, or discolored in anyway, and hasn't caused any irritation despite me having sensitive skin.
