I got the bracelet for me and my girlfriend and it was compacted to tighten and my heart broke off so I had to fix it and then just a couple weeks ago my girlfriends Magnet fell off and now they don’t work

They came with the magnets polarized improperly so they actually retract instead of attract each other. Luckily my S.O. And I are quirky and think it plays into our relationship well. For most this would be a deal breaker though. Just a heads up that they might not work as intended.Aside from that they are pretty neat looking and get compliments. They are slightly difficult to tighten.
