I love wearing this bracelet for its metaphysical properties. It is high quality and with smooth undamaged metal. It looks a bit more formal and classy compared to other copper bracelets. Its adjustable and is thick enough that it does not easily lose its shape. The gold and silver colors contrast well and the two pieces were put together carefully and look like a single seamless piece.

I prefer the style of the bracelet over the rings. I'm not sure if they help with sleep, fatigue or pain, but I will continue to wear the bracelet and see if I notice a change.
