I didn't want to add another piece of jewelry to my everyday wear, and was looking for something I could add to my Fitbit's band. This fits on there perfectly, and allowed for enough room for my important info. I could see this being part of your keychain, necklace, or other place you might put a charm. It has proven itself to be very sturdy and has not broken or come close to being broken.Negatives: rather large (but this is good for holding lots of info) and scratches easily on the front.Positives: has a lot of space for medical info, the back has not scratched hardly at all, easy to use.

I'm glad I got this charm and it came with a sturdy clasp. I have an open design on my Fitbit band and it fits well. The size is okay with me as I wanted to be sure medical responders didn't miss it. The only drawback for me is that the "black" customized printing is kind of hit and miss, but for now still readable.

I am very impressed with the quality of this product. I was able to customize it without having to abbreviate medical conditions which other sellers/ products were unable to do due to maximum capacity of letters/ characters allotted. The chain was rather long and heavy, though I opted for the shortest possible. But it seems very thick and durable which is great. However, I have my own chain so it is not an issue. I personally recommend this product. Please note the various styles/ options. Based on the one you choose will determine the size of the heart. Please refer to their size chart on their site to avoid errors.Great company. Great product for your Medical ID needs.

I bought charm cuz I'm post transplant. I love this this charm. I wanted something that'd standout out with other Charms. But only issue it was bigger then expected and to big for bracelet. I ended up putting it on my keys. So, I'm searching same thing but smaller for bracelet.

It is really nice quality a lot of space for the information you may need. Issue, ice, name etc. It's just to big to wear. Size of a large dogs tag.
