I ordered this necklace based on the positive reviews as well as the picture and description of the necklace. The necklace came much quicker than I had expected (received it in about 9 days), which was a nice surprise and it is so shiny and beautiful. The mail lady brought it to the door and I had to sign for it. So do be aware you have to sign for this product. I liked that I had to sign for the product because it ensures proper delivery. It is well made and I get lots of compliments on it. The size of the writing is perfect. Not so big that it looks tacky, but not so small you can hardly read it. It is just perfect. I went with the shortest chain length, the 14" chain, and it hits me just below my color bone. Perfect length for this style necklace. It would make a very good Christmas gift, birthday gift, etc. I would most definitely order from this seller again. My item was delivered promptly and is a good quality product at a very fair price. Very happy with my purchase.

It's very pretty and delicate.It is definitely real white gold but for anyone else purchasing this item, do not shower or do any hard work with this necklace on because it is very delicate.

What's in a name? With this little beauty, EVERYTHING! It's elegant and dainty, yet casual with sophistication. The silver is brilliant and bold and beams in the light. The name plate is sturdy (and I have a long name) with a chain to match. You can't go wrong with this gem. I've had mine just a few days and I have yet to remove it. Whether this is for you or a special gift, it's the perfect sentiment to remind you of who you are and to never lose sight of yourself, afterall, we are all unique in our ways. As for shipping, don't panic - it might say 21 days but mine came much sooner than that (after I jumped the gun and inquired too soon). Well done, very well done!

Two issues noted with product; 1. chain had a knot in it and I spent an hour getting it out. 2, the clasp in the chain is very hard to work so I am going to take is to a jeweler and put a different one on. The Name on it was okay looks very nice on my lady.

If this had been polished it may have looked better. The script lettering is very nice and a really good substantial size without being too large. I hate the cheap box chain it came on though. It really does cheapen the look overall. Probably could have used anything else and it would have looked better. I'm sure this is just fine for a teen. They will love this look. I may order more for my nieces. The price is good for silver personalized jewelry. Delivery was not that fast like others indicated. Almost 3 weeks.

I bought a personalized necklace and when I received it, it wasn’t what I expected. Totally my error as I didn’t look at the different fonts when I ordered. After contacting them, I received an email back from them the same day. They helped me to make it right. I was sent a new one and I have one excited daughter who loves it. I’ve never wrote a review about any product I’ve bought anywhere. They were so awesome, I had to write something to give them props. I will definitely order from them again.…… Also, the packaging it was sent in was adorable.

Great products, perfect for gifts and if you have any issues, they'll gladly assist you with them with no issues.
