I purchased the most expensive & supposedly the most durable metal, the diamond gold vermeil. Besides shipping issues, which I’ll post below, it was packaged decently and very pretty. I couldn’t wait to gift it to my son for encouragement through a ruff situation. That excitement soon turned to embarrassment. He wore it for a few hours one day and had to take it off because somehow it scratched straight to the silver. I was surprised given the reviews and description of the metal, but thought maybe he had accidentally did something. So he wears it the next day, being super aware and careful, and it scratched more. Again straight to the silver. So he put it up and ultimately does not wear it at all.The shipping was not received within the guaranteed time. I had to request tracking information twice because it debited from my account when it “shipped”, but there was no indication that their package had actually shipped. The first tracking I received was bogus. I thought I was scammed. I was relieved no see the package come in. However…since the bracelet only held up for a mere few hours, turns out I was scammed.
