I was a little leery ordering this heart after reading reviews. I contacted MKYA and asked questions and they were quick to respond and answered all my concerns. I ordered it for my wife for Xmas and she loves it. I was really impressed with the quality of this piece and am now going to order one for our daughter. The heart is a nice size and the beads are small but are legible up close. I really don't understand all the bad comments, this is really a beautiful necklace, I would not hesitate to recommend this necklace and MKYA!

You can not read the engraved names at all!!! IShould have listened to previous reviews stating this claim! I have requested a refund and awaiting response from seller. The heart is fairly large, but the names do not pop out on the name beads. But for a personalized item the price is very nice.

I loved the look of the necklace and bought it for Mother’s Day. It was to be a gift from our 2 grandsons to my wife. It is beautiful but you can’t see the boy’s names on the beads with the naked eye. I had to use the zoom feature on my camera to see the engraving. 😢
