I love it but I didn’t know that it would of been backwards. I did oldest to smallest and when you look at it the (baby) is the first name left to right and the oldest is the smallest one

The names were not put in order from left to right. Why give a number order for name/birthstone if they are going to do it backwards? Also when I took the chain out of the box it had a big knot in it. I tried to get the knot out and could not. These items are considered non returnable because they are custom made. If the chain arrives damaged that should be on them. Amazon won't even let you contact them when you try. It pops up non returnable item.

I feel like I erred on this because I wanted oldest grandchild in the middle and youngest on the end (outside) and it went completely the other way and I can only assume because it is a product from China

Not happy!! It only had 4 birthstones on it and not 5. This was for my Mom for Mother’s Day and I’m not happy with this purchase!! She has 5 Grandkids and the picture on the site shows 5 kids on the necklace with 5 birthstones!! Please don’t order from this company!! I’m so upset right now!!

Got necklace in rose gold and silver. Writing clear and clean. Necklace is very light and can break if u bend it to hard. Shipping issue delayed package by almost 3 week. Customer service is good and usually message back within a day.
