I have ordered the personalized name necklaces from several places on Amazon and there has always been a problem with lying about the metal or something wrong with the necklace. This not only looked good but was packaged well. There was nothing wrong with it. Should have an extender on it since it’s so short without one. But other than that was my only issue is it being too short (small) to fit around my niece’s neck

The item is great. However there is a pamphlet with it that states what you can't do with the necklace: for example don't get it wet, no oil or cream on it, no extreme heat, are a few examples. It is for a 10 year old and I don't see it lasting past a year.

I got this necklace for my daughter who has a very unique name so there are no personalized items she can just grab from a rack. I had her name custom created on a rose gold necklace and she absolutely adored it!

The necklace itself is very cute. But it arrived with the chain knotted. The chain is small and delicate and it’s a TIGHT knot. I’ve been working on it for 90 minutes with tweezers and a magnifying glass - still knotted. It’s supposed to be a gift but now I won’t have time to order another. :(

The product feels really cheap for 30-40$. The first day I got it I tried it on and the chain broke. I had to basically rig it with a Jewelry kit to fix it. I suspect it will probably happen again since it’s so weak.
