1 Star customer service and delivery speed / 5 Star bracelet...Ordered this for my wife for our 35th anniversary. Pretty clear with the names selected - no strange, hard to spell, unique names. What I got was two names correct and one not so close. Seriously, missed Avery (requested) with Audrey (sent) by this much 'udre'. Augh... I didn't check it close enough, gave it to her, and thought she was kidding when she asked, "Audrey?" WTH! Contacted the seller via Amazon and their site. Ask to get it corrected quicker than it took to get it sent. Got back a yawn in reply and that I'd get notified when it shipped. Got nothing - until I reached out 9 days later and was told it had shipped. Good God...If you have TIME and DON'T care about the time it takes to get your bracelet AND you're hoping they can get it right the first time - it's a pretty nice bracelet (not like a diamond tennis bracelet nice - but nice and the sentiment is certainly good). In the end I'm just happy they got it right the second time around. Oy Vey...

Gave this to my wife as a “stocking stuffer” this past Christmas. I had our grandkids names added. Overall she was happy to have something casual to wear with the grandchildren’s names added, but it’s a little challenging for her to clasp. Not a big deal, that’s why she keeps me around!Just remember you’re not buying the highest quality product…have nimble fingers and you’ll enjoy wearing this.

All of the names (4 names) were spelled correctly. No problem at all. I even had one bead (a 5th bead) imprinted with a Greek word. Everything was spelled correctly. It was perfect.
