I bought this as a gift for my mother in law. The engraved charms came out perfect, and the bangle is very nice. I ordered the smaller bangle by mistake, and had to contact the seller for the larger one. I expected to at least pay shipping and return the smaller one, but the seller sent the larger bangle at no cost.

The metal feels and looks a little like plastic. It's not bad for a child but for an adult I don't think the quality quite gets there. I would recommend a better metal - it doesn't feel like sterling silver to me. I'm sure you can improve it a bit. Best wishes. ~hnb

Very Nice! Came exactly within time frame they stated on the earlier end (which actually didn't fully state til ordered). Customer service response was very quick honest and accomodating. I contacted seller soon after order 3 times. Twice to make changes to order and once to request delivery before Mothers day for my daughter. They got all of it done to perfection even though delivery couldn't quite be guaranteed with time frame and change request but were upfront about it.She will love it!As for wear and tear time will tell...she takes care of her things and has a small wrist so not worried about size of bangel like some.

You are unable to return!! The names on the heart are soooo tiny, you can barely read it. The sample image shows the names going up the side of the heart. The names on my hearts are all squeezed in at the bottom point of the heart going horizontally.
