The item itself is great and I was so excited to give it to my husband. Ordered it July 2nd, said it would arrive in two days. Never got it and needed it for the 13th. Wound up canceling the order on the 12th and reordering. The second order came in a day and a half. Still late for the actual anniversary, but it was better than waiting for something indefinitely. The first order was coming from Texas, the second order started about a half hour from where I live. No clue why.
