The necklace looked great but it was not nearly strong enough for everyday wearing despite the use of 14K gold (which is stronger). Seller offered to rebuild the necklace with some modifications that would make it stronger and we took the bet and accepted that offer. In the end the new necklace looks great and is reasonably durable. The key is in the thickness and choice of fonts which depending on the name of your choice has to be chosen carefully.
