First off the necklace is absolutely gorgeous! I upgraded everything. I ended up paying almost $500 for this necklace. The reason I took a star off is for the simple fact that the pictures of all the necklaces with the name on them are written in black and the necklace is actually like stamped and you can barely see it. If it would have been black or even made to just be able to see it properly, I would have given it five stars and raving reviews!It came with a red gift box and matching gift bag. I just received my necklace Monday May 16, 2022. I cannot help with durability but since yesterday when I put it on it seems to be sturdy and well-made. I would probably buy from them again if they fix the writing issue for the names. I think they would get a lot more business!
