I've never worn crawler earrings before, so it took me a few minutes to get the hang of putting them on. And I don't know if this is the right thing to do, but I took the clear  earring nuts  that held the earrings in place in the box and put them back on the earrings after I put them on. My hair is long and tangles in earrings, and I have to secure earrings this way or I lose them.It seemed like with the earring nuts on the back, these should have been uncomfortable. They weren't. They stayed in place perfectly, my hair never got caught in the earrings, and I forgot about them and went to sleep with them on. I can never do that--regular earrings are too uncomfortable. These were painless.I was afraid from the photos that these would be too large, but if anything they're a little on the smaller side. They do have a lovely sparkle, though, and I'll be wearing them for a night out, so if they were much larger it would probably be overkill.Amazon has a fantastic double gift box for their Amazon Collection jewelry, and these arrived in those boxes. I'm very picky about giving gifts, but I'd never hesitate to give a gift in these boxes.I'll check with friends for objective opinions on the size of these, but for now I'm kind of wishing they were just a tiny bit larger. But they look amazing, they're very eye-catching, and they're comfortable and secure to wear. They might be a bit much for daytime wear, but they're perfect for a night out.

Cute pair of earrings but you have to turn on earring the opposite direction to fit properly. I've had a hard time keeping them in my ear as well. They slide in the ear instead regular earrings with a fastener.
