The bigger, heavier choker supports 11.0-inch to 15.0-inch necks. This is measured from the first and last holes to the base of the buckle stem. The smaller, lighter choker supports 12.5-inch to 15.0-inch necks. Any necks less than 12.5-inches will have a loose choker, and any necks more than 15-inches the choker will not fit at all so be warned. For both chokers, the leather and jewelry is cheap, but for $9.99 -- I don't expect much and $9.99 is perfectly fine for the quality that you get for these. Cheap gothic bling.
