My piercings are still healing and I switched to these after a few different sets didn't quite work for me. I have had no issues with the metal which is nice because my piercings have been slow healing. The internal thread really makes removal and cleaning a lot less painful. The shape of these are different than the picture more of a rainbow shape than an open circle. The balls are small and the overall look is dainty which is what I was looking for. I did have one ball come off but it was on my clothing and I ×reattached it. With the price point I am going to buy a few more pair to make sure I have these on hand if I lose pieces because it was exactly what I was looking for.**two of the balls came loose, I lost one found the other. I had a different size ball to put in for now and the post on that ball is definitely longer but i jad no trouble screwing it in. I'm buying some replacement balls because I like the small size of the original and had no problem with the spare I put on fitting tightly. Still like the shape of the rings but you probably should by some backup balls!

Too small, balls are hard to screw in and don't screw all the way in, there's a little gap between the ball and the ring. the ring is more like a U shape than a C shape like in the picture.

I needed something discreet , concealable , cheap , and very durable. The titanium allows these to go wherever I go . They are a pain to install , but if you don’t take them off often they are very good. When flipped up( for me at least) they are literally invisible. You have to actually use a flashlight and search to find them (that’s a good thing for concealing them)Ordered the wrong size and lost the ball so it hurts really to flip it down. Already ordered a 10mm one so it’s comfortable.

Got my septum pierced 4 days ago and the ball on the ring fell off the first night. It was a screw in and most people aren't selling those so I was glad to find these. Both balls screw off so you get 4 extras if anyone else is buying these for replacements.

i got the 8mm thinking it would be a good size but after 45 minutes of trying i couldn’t get the gosh dang stupid ball to screw in no matter what i did or what techniques or tweezers i tried. it might be easier with the 10mm size but internal threaded jewelry is so frustrating i wanted to hulk out. don’t waste your money and tears and peace of mind unless you’ve had 8mm size before and know what you’re doing i guess idk

This the worst I can’t believe I bought something The piercing sucks it doesn’t twist off and I can’t put it in my nose because it’s so stuck together that I can’t twist off the little balls for me to attach into and for me to put it in through my nose
