Love both of them, just wondering was i the only one whom received his with a small bag of jewels. Looks like 4 small diamonds. Am i supposed to put them on the chain?

Sturdy, and the chain does not scratch against my skin. It has very little to no weight since the tension on it it fortified. It came as is and I feel it will last a long time.
