I love this! Many medical alert bracelets are bulky and ugly. This one is dainty and attractive. I love that you can engrave 4 lines of info on EACH side, so you are wearing very comprehensive medical information useful in an emergency. I bought two, black and white straps. This is sturdy, straps are real leather. I highly recommend!***Update: wore the black leather band bracelet in spring on a cruise and early part of summer. Leather hand tore off after a couple months (see photo.). Started wearing the white-banded bracelet in mid-summer and now the leather band on it starting to tear also. Still love these and want to know if seller offers me any solutions? Can bands be replaced? I have several serious medical conditions and want to be able to wear one of these 24/7 for safety. ****UPDATE****Impeccable customer service!!!! They reached out to me and literally replaced my bracelet. I’m not tech savvy so I hadn’t even sent the shipping replacement charge but within a week I received a new bracelet. The engraving looked amazing! Very clear and easy to read. The leather band seemed comfortable and looked very nice as well.However…. My daughter was only able to get one week of use out of this bracelet before it broke and that includes removing it for showers and only occasionally sleeping with it on. She isn’t the most gentle but she left this one alone so I can’t blame her for it breaking so quickly.The second strap that held the excess band broke first but that’s only an inconvenience. Then the band itself broke right at the metal plate. It’s now completely useless unless we find a way to get a rebanded but at that point we’re stuck paying a hefty price to use an item that should’ve lasted longer than 1 week!I am extremely disappointed by its short life. Especially for an item that I bought with the intention of lasting several years and hoping it might help in case of a medical emergency. Can’t do much good if it won’t attach to her wrist.
