I was surprised at how strong the tiny magnet backings were. In fact they are so strong that they two backings will immediately stick together if you have them close enough... the magnet strength is so strong that when you try to take the backing off, the other magnet (that is glued to the earring side) can come off! This happened to two of the earrings already upon taking them out of the package. Luckily I was able to attach the magnet back with superglue, but plan to be careful with them.I'm very surprised that they can stay on the ears. They are initially very comfortable to wear... however, they become a little uncomfortable after wearing for 3-4 hours. You have to becareful if you are wearing headphone/ear buds or taking off a scarf/hat/jacket that may knock the earrings off.Will the promote sleep, reduce stress, improve circulation, and help you lose weight? Um, probably not... but I will wear and see what happens over time.

I chose this item because I wanted to try something new and I was curious about the lymphatic part of the ear ring.The good part, the ear rings are really pretty and when you are applying the magnetic backs, if you are applying them wrong, they won’t stick. On my ears, I was able to apply them next to my ear ring holes because they wouldn’t stick but once I moved them to place on top of my ear ring holes, they stuck perfectly. I didn’t notice them on after a few minutes and I accidentally wore them in the shower.The bad part, no wearing in the shower or if your ears get wet. When wet or moist, the magnet won’t stick and they fall off instantly. In order for them to stick again, I had to make sure my ears were completely dry and then they started to stick again. (Keep in mind, I am the type of person that sleeps in my studs, so this type of ear ring is not for me because the comfort of the ear ring, I would definitely forget to take them off at night.)I am not sure of the health benefit because I will only wear these every now and then and not constant.Overall, the studs are pretty, however, for me, I wouldn’t purchase again.

These earrings are a big disappointment!! They are firstly, big and ugly. This could just be a style preference but I think that they just look really bad in my ears!! Then, if you get past that or if they are your style, they are comprised of tiny magnets and come with no instructions!! These are supposed to have health benefits and are advertised as this wonderful thing, so one would think they would put information about the earrings benefits and how to use them. These tiny magnets are strong at first glance but once you put them in your ears, they are actually quite weak and fall off very easily! Not only is this incredibly annoying and frustrating but it is also a huge safety hazard for those working or living with small children or pets. Pretty, shiny earrings and magnets falling off unexpectedly would undoubtedly end up in a tiny human or pets mouth and would be extremely dangerous if ingested!! I honestly couldn’t even get these to stay on for more than 30 minutes and it wasn’t for lack of trying multiple times, so I can’t even justify the purchase or say if they work or not! Definitely a huge disappointment and total waste of time and money.

The magnets on these are strong but after a few hours my ears are actually sore and I have to take them off. The stone in the gold tone pair is very yellow. I'm not a fan of that one. I did wear them to bed one night and one fell off and I had to take the other one off anyway because zi woke up with my ear hurting. The magnet is so strong that even the one that fell off my ear in bed still had the magnet attached to it and it didn't get lost. I was mildly impressed and discouraged at the same time. I have tried wearing them for a few hours a day for a week or so to adjust and maybe prevent them from hurting but no fail I can't wear them for more than a few hours before they become so painful I have to take them off. I haven't looked in the mirror to see if my ears are super red when this happens but they sure do feel like they would be.

These stay on my ears for a while, but they pop off too easily if my hair is down and brushed by them or I put on headphones. They are a fairly substantial size, but not too heavy. If the stones were slightly smaller, or the magnets slightly stronger, they probably would be less likely to pop off when bumped gently.I tried doubling up the magnets by taking the magnets off one of the other pairs that came with the set. This was effective in preventing them from falling off as frequently, but the doubled magnets put too much pressure on my ears and after a couple of hours they hurt so much I had to take them off. The magnets left little red marks on my ears which took a few hours to disappear.

These earrings are nice looking for costume jewelry and the magnets hold suprisingly well. They are comfortable to wear for extended periods and are preferable to other styles for non-pierced ears.
