I bought each of my daughters one for Valentine's Day. One of the bracelet clasps fell off as I was putting it on her. The other bracelet didn't have all the strap pieces fully attached to the metal pieces so it fell apart after about an hour of normal wear.

I ordered this for my daughter. It got lost along the way, but a replacement was sent right away. It only took 2 days. While cute, the bracelet isn't very comfortable. It kind of pokes at her wrist a little bit. It's great to wear for a short time at once. Cute gift.

I purchased 2 of these (pink & purple) and they are both super cute in person. BUT, they run a bit on the big side so you may want to invest in jewelry making pliers so you can adjust it to being smaller. Otherwise it was great.
