Beautiful little necklace. I wish you would have included an extra screw since the funeral director lost it on my first one. He was kind enough to replace the necklace as your company could not replace just a screw. Would it be so inconvenient to include an extra screw in the box? I waited over 6 weeks to receive my moms ashes.
