For one you have to leave the app open while wearing it. 2nd you have to have your phone no more than 5 ft from you at all times. 3rd it does not vibrate like it says in the app settings. 4th NOT worth the $$!!!! Very disappointing!

The range is absolute garbage, if you get more than 5 feet from your phone the bracelet disconnects. If the app falls asleep or isn't refreshing the bracelet disconnects. SOS from this bracelet I NOT reliable! No phone, no help.
